Kim Ritchie stayed at our house with our wonderful special needs cat, Tripod, for 5 days last month (June, 2011). She was excellent in every way! Tripod loved her, even if she had to administer medications to him. As well--she kept our house nicely, watered my garden, took care of my potted plants, fed our birds and even washed her bedding and towels and remade the bed before she left! Kim is a treasure. I am glad we have found her. We will have her back to take care of our sweet boy whenever possible!

This is a letter for Kim Ritchie. My family has known Ms. Ritchie for several years. She has house sat for us, and she has also taken care of our dog four or five times. Kim Ritchie is a reliable, thorough and quality person. Typically, the house is in better shape after wards than it would be beforehand. She is also very attentive and focused on taking care of our dog, which has serious medical condition.
Ms. Ritchie is a fine person as well. She is easy going, friendly, conscientious and caring, Kim Ritchie is a “high integrity” individual.
We trust Kim Ritchie in our home when we are absent, and we trust her to provide care for a sick dog. We hope to employ Ms. Ritchie as long as she is available.

I am writing this letter of reference for Kim Ritchie because she has done an excellent job for me in taking care of our home and our animals during our vacations. We have been very satisfied with her responsiveness to our needs to stay in touch and keep us informed on how things are going. I have a high energy Arabian gelding and a spunky Shetland pony and Kim has been very competent in caring for them. Our home has been clean and well cared for while we’ve been gone and in great shape on our return. The horse chores are kept up and the barn yard clean. We also have chickens and a cat that she watches over. Because she is a vet tech I have felt that I could have peace of mind when I leave my horse and it has worked out very well.

I have employed Kim Ritchie's services as a pet sitter and house sitter in the past. She took great care of my two cats, lizard and two dogs, as well as my house. One of my pups has a birth defect that requires her to be fed a special blended diet in a particular elevated container. Kim also took some time to perform obedience training with our very energetic pup as well, which was an unexpected bonus.
